Locate the E-Mail Manager section, shown below and click on Forwarders

MultipleDomains
If you have multiple domains hosted on a single DirectAdmin account, click on the domain name where you see Domain: yourdomain.com (your domain is a blue hyperlink located near the search field) to toggle between the domains to then manage your site redirects.

This next screen, shown below, will list any existing Forwarders and allow you to create a new Forwarder by clicking the blue button that says Create E-Mail Forwarder. You can also click the check box next to an existing forwarder to have the option to delete it.
