Email authentication helps prevent spam. The options below attempt to equip email messages with verifiable information so that the nature of incoming and outgoing messages can be detected automatically.
Enabling these features should reduce the number of failed delivery notifications you receive when spammers forge messages from your domain(s). These features also work to prevent spammers from forging messages that claim to be from your domain(s).
The cPanel Email Disk Usage page allows you to quickly see where your messages are located and to take action on data that may be consuming your allocated web hosting space.

If the Folder / Mailbox has messages in it, a Manage button will appear and you can quickly delete messages, if desired.
This interface allows you to create, edit, and remove email filters for a selected email account.
An email filter allows you to set a rule for incoming messages (for example, a message from desired sender). If a message matches that rule, then the system can automatically perform an action on that message (for example, deleting the message).
This interface allows you to configure an email address to forward incoming emails to another address. This is useful if, for example, you want to use one email account to receive emails addressed to multiple addresses without having an account for each. Additionally, multiple email addresses can receive the same email. You can also set the server to discard email or send (pipe) email to a program.
Remember that the emails are often in 2 inboxes when you setup a forwarder so this can cause you to run out of storage quickly if not cleaned out regularly. See the important section below for more information.
