Your Microsoft 365 Email Account(s) can be added to Microsoft Outlook and/or any other Desktop, Tablet or Mobile email client or app.
Notes
POP access is disabled by default. See the section below on how to enable POP access in Outlook.com.
Outlook.com does not require Secure Password Authentication (SPA).
Incoming and outgoing servers are the same.
Choosing POP or IMAP
POP and IMAP are different ways of handling your incoming mail.
If you are using multiple devices such as a mobile phone app and a desktop client or outlook.com on the web then you should use the IMAP protocol for your incoming server settings. This allows all of your messages and folders to remain synced on every single device you connect with. ALL DEVICES need to be configured using the IMAP protocol as your incoming server for this to work properly.
Quickly take a look to see if Microsoft is having any issues with any of their servers and/or apps that may be causing a slowdown in your workflow.
If there are any issues, please DO NOT contact us as there is nothing we can do to influence Microsoft and the amount of time it takes them to restore service. The link above will be updated with the status and will let you know as soon as any issue has been resolved.

Each Microsoft 365 Account has an Admin username and password assigned. This is received when you signup for the Microsoft 365 service and it allows the Admin to oversee and manage all user accounts.
The Adminusername is of the format admin@your-domain.onmicrosoft.com and the password can be reset by visiting https://admin.microsoft.com
The Admin area is where users and licenses are managed as well as policies such as Password reset protocol, 2FA (Two Factor Authentication) policies, DNS configuration and more.
A new 168 hour (7 days) cancellation policy is now in effect for new subscriptions of Microsoft NCE SKUs. A full refund will be issued if cancelled on day one, while partial, pro-rated refunds will be issued for cancellations on days two through seven.
