You may already own Microsoft 365 licenses but you have become unhappy with the support or service from the provider you currently use. Google will allow you to transfer these licenses to another provider such as Evolve Web Hosting under the following scenarios.

Microsoft 365 License Transfers only change your billing from one reseller to Evolve Web Hosting.
There is no data transfer or downtime when your license(s) are being transferred.

Transfer at the end of your license commitment term

If you are paying month to month for your license(s), the transfer should be initiated 3-5 days before your next renewal date.

If you are paying Annually for your license(s) the transfer should be initiated 7-10 days before your next renewal date.

Transfer during your license commitment term

If you wish to transfer your Microsoft 365 license(s) to Evolve Web Hosting before the end of your monthly term or annual term, you may do so. The request can be submitted to Evolve Web Hosting at any time.

NOTE: When transferring your Microsoft 365 license(s) to Evolve Web Hosting during the middle of a commitment term, there is no guarantee that you will be refunded by your current provider for the remaining time. It is at the sole discretion of that company to issues a refund or to release the license(s) to Evolve Web Hosting.
